The F.R.I.E.N.D.S went haywire after the romance rumours about Jennifer Aniston and David Schwimmer left them in an ecstatic shock.
A post-reunion reported that the duo was dating for which a representative for Schwimmer has claimed the rumour “false” on the Huffington Post platform. Apparently, they really are just friends.
The rampant report was initiated when Closer Online claimed the Aniston and Schwimmer were spending time together post Friends: The Reunion Special.
It was during the episode on HBO Max when the duo admitted that they had a crush on each other which lasted not more than the first few seasons, though they never acted on their feelings.
Schwimmer shared that at one point the duo were crushing really hard on each other but couldn’t be together because one of us was always in a relationship
The co-stars never crossed that boundary as they respected that, the actor said on the reunion special.
The Ross and Rachel shippers hoped that Jennifer and David would get a similar ending as the characters on screen.
The fans faced a heartbreak on the dismissal of the rumours by Schwimmer’s reps. Aniston and Schwimmer seemed to be a good pairing for the netizens to root for after Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s rekindled romance.
