Cruise drugs case: three people including Aryan Khan arrested, to be presented in court today at 7 pm

Aryan Khan has admitted to the consumption of drugs and Arbaaz admitted that he hide drugs in his shoes. Additionally, NCB has gone through the WhatsApp chat between Arbaz and Aryan, that mentions the buying and selling of drugs.

NCB arrested three people including Shahrukh’s son Aryan Khan in a cruise drugs case, accused will appear in Mumbai’s Killa Court at 7 pm today. However, three possibilities are being discussed for the court proceedings. The three accused can be presented through video conferencing, or they can be taken to the court where the judge will come for a hearing especially in this case, or can also be taken to the magistrate’s bungalow. However, the accused were taken for medical at the NCB office. The three arrested include Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Seth Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha.

The agency has arrested three of the eight people detained in the NCB raid at the drugs party running on the cruise. However, no information has been given by the agency about the remaining five people who have been taken into custody. It is being told that interrogation is still going on with these five people.

NCB raided the cruise on Saturday night and detained eight people from there. All the people were interrogated deeply for about 16 hours and three of them have been arrested. During the interrogation of the accused, the NCB got information that they got the drugs from the drug peddler who lives in Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

However, the whole case came forward when on a secret tip, a team of NCB under the leadership of Regional Director Samir Wankhede raided the Cordelia cruise ship bound for Goa on Saturday evening and also recovered drugs from some passengers who were partying.

The NCB has said, “During the operation, the suspects were searched and different intoxicants were recovered from them, which they had hidden in their clothes, underwear and (by the women) purses. After completing the legal formalities, the detained people will now be produced in court”.
