Rio Kapadia, who was recently featured in Made In Heaven 2 and was best known for films like Chak De! India, Mardaani, and Dil Chahta Hai, among others, died at the age of 66. On September 14, the actor passed away. His funeral will take place on September 15 at Shiv Dham Shamshan Bhumi in Goregaon. His wife Maria and children Aman and Veer survive him. His cause of death has yet to be revealed.
He also appeared in the films Aakhri Decision and Khuda Haafiz. He has appeared in a number of television shows, including Made in Heaven 2, Code M Season 2, and The Big Bull. The actor has also appeared in popular shows on TV like, Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke and Mahabharat, where he played Gandhari’s father, King Subala of Gandhara.
