If reports are to be believed the worldwide famous model Kendall Jenner has been sued for breaching the contract with an Italian brand. As per the contract, both were under the agreement for two photoshoots. One photoshoot did happen in July 2019 and the second one was scheduled for March 2020. But the due to COVID-19 the second shooting had to be postponed. The clash happens here, the brand claims that Kendall stopped being in touch with the brand after postponing the second shoot. While Kendall’s management company has the stance that both parties had agreed to postpone the second shoot and Liu Jo was contacted several times to agree on location and date.

The management company says, “This suit is without merit. The Society Management, on behalf of Ms Kendall Jenner, has continually offered Liu Jo alternative dates and locations to fulfil an agreement that was forced to be delayed because of the coronavirus pandemic.”

Liu Jo claims that Kendall has breached the contract by not agreeing on alternatives dates. The brand also claims that Kendall needs to return the payment of USD 1.8 million which the star received for the first photoshoot. Lets’ hope for the best and law should take its own course. If one has been living under the rock then Kendall has a connection with India. In 2017 the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput and Kendell Jenner shot a photoshoot for the cover of Vogue Magazine.
