Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 13 will feature Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone and choreographer cum director on the Shandaar Shukravaar. Sony TV has released several promos of the episode on its social media channels featuring the hilarious conversations between guests and host, Mr Amitabh Bachchan.
In the recent promo released by Sony TV, Deepika can be seen entering the show with a Ganapati Idol in a thali. She then talked about Teacher’s Day and referred to Farah Khan and Amitabh Bachchan as two teachers from whom she has learned a lot.
Her words were, “Whatever I am today, the little that I’ve achieved, all that I’ve learnt about acting and the craft is because of Farah ma’am,”. She then went on praising Amitabh Bachchan and how she admires him a lot. She described Big B as her on-screen ‘Baba’ and her favourite film is Piku which featured herself and Amitabh Bachchan playing father-daughter duo. On listening to Piku as Deepika’ favourite film, Farah threatened in a funny way to leave the show by saying, “I’m walking out right now”. Following Farah, Amitabh Bachchan too warned of leaving the show by saying, “And I’m also walking out”.
She said, “Amit Ji, who is my on-screen baba, everyone knows that we did a film together named Piku and even today, when people ask me what’s my favourite film, I always say Piku,”. When Deepika asked Farah about her favourite film, she cheerfully answered “Om Shanti Om” after which Deepika said that now her favourite films are both Piku and Om Shanti Om.
