
Amitabh Bachchan, the actor, is said to have acquired a home for Rs. 31 crore. The actor purchased the 5,184-square-foot Mumbai home in December but did not register it until April.
He paid 62 lakh in stamp duty. According to a MoneyControl.com report, the property is worth $600,000 per square foot.
MoneyControl studied the registration records and discovered that the property is located on the 27th and 28th floors and has six parking spaces.
According to the article, star Sunny Leone registered a 16 crore property in the same building on March 28. Aanand L Rai, the director, has purchased a duplex property in the same building for Rs 25 crore.
Amitabh and his family dwell at his Juhu mansion Jalsa. He also owns properties with names like Prateeksha, Janak, and others. Amitabh disclosed on social media earlier this year that Jalsa used to belong to director NC Sippy and that he ‘purchased and refurbished’ it.

Amitabh was most recently seen in Gulabo Sitabo, which premiered on Amazon Prime Video in 2020. He has a host of projects in the works, including Chehre, which has been postponed because to the pandemic, as well as Jhund, Brahmastra, Mayday, and Goodbye.
