Akshay Kumar, before meeting the love of his life, Twinkle Khanna and tying the knot to her in 2001, he had a few relationship. In a recent interview, his old co-star Sheeba Akashdeep opened up about their relationship and shared that they had an immediate friendship and fondness for each other when they meet during the 1992 film Mr Bond. The actress noted that they had a few common interests but they eventually fell apart, and mentioned that they could not maintain their friendship post their breakup.
During a chat with Pinkvilla, upon being asked if she has dated Akshay, she took a long pause before saying, “When you are young and working in close proximity, ho jata hai ishq (you fall in love).” When asked if there was “immediate likeness, immediate friends,” she said yes and added, “Both fitness-crazy people… And family friends. My nani and his mom would play cards together.”
Sheeba was then asked what went wrong, to which she was quick to say that they both were too young at the time, and mentioned that it has been over three decades.
