Abhishek Bachchan responds to a Twitter user questioning him about his contribution during these tough times

Junior Bachchan replies to Twitter user who told him they wanted more than just ‘hugs’.

Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan is known to be unafraid to say what he feels, even on social media handles. He often replies to trolls as well as fans online. Recently, Junior Bachchan wrote on Twitter, “Here’s sending out a huge virtual hug to you all. RT and spread the love. In times like these, we need it. #MaskOn.”

Though many thanked the actor for spreading positivity, many were not impressed. One Twitter user commented, “Wish you did more than just sending hugs! People are dying without oxygen & beds. Hugs are just not enough, Sir.”

Abhishek Bachchan was quick to respond to the tweet. He replied, “I am, ma’am. Just because I don’t put it on social media doesn’t mean I’m not doing anything. We all are trying to do our best and whatever we can. The situation is very sad, hence felt spreading a little bit of love and positivity could help.”

On a professional front, he was last seen in ‘The Big Bull’, which was about the life of the stockbroker Harshad Mehta.
