The sequel to Andaz Apna Apna, which starred Salman Khan and Aamir Khan, is reportedly in works, however, there has been no confirmation regarding the same. Amidst this, Salman’s old tweet has resurfaced on social media, courtesy Aamir’s production house. Fans have been wondering if this is a hint that the Khans are coming together for the much awaited sequel.
Recently, the official X handle of Aamir Khan Productions took to platform to react to Salman’s tweet from 2010. “I didn’t let Aamir touch me after the film. Agar mujhe gold mein badal deta toh?” read the Dabangg actor’s tweet. Aamir’s production house replied to the tweet saying, “We think about this a lot.”

For those wondering, Salman’s throwback was to appreciate Aamir and his former wife Kiran Rao’s movie Peepli Live. The Sultan actor has appreciated the former couple’s work acknowledging the positive response received from the audience in 2010.
However, the sudden reaction to Salman’s post after more than a decade has left the fans wondering if the Aamir Khan Productions is planning onto collaborating with the actor.
