Akhil Mishra, best known for his role in Aamir Khan’s “3 Idiots,” died on Thursday at the age of 67, a day after collapsing at his Mumbai home on Wednesday evening, according to his publicist.
According to the publicist, Akhil Mishra had blood pressure concerns and died as a result of his injuries following the mishap in his home’s kitchen.

“He was still coherent while going to the hospital. And then internal haemorrhage started. Despite the doctor’s best efforts, he could not be saved,” the publicist told PTI on Thursday.
When Akhil Mishra died, his second wife, Suzanne Bernert, was in Hyderabad for a shoot. Actor Manoj Bajpayee expressed his sympathies on Mishra’s death on social media.
