Actress Rhea Chakraborty had hired lawyer Satish Maneshinde, to fight on her behalf in the case filed by Sushant Singh Rajput’s father KK Singh accusing her of mental and financial harassment after alleged suicide of Sushant Singh Rajput. Maneshinde, who has previously handled high profile cases of actors like Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan, has slammed people who were questioning about his fees been paid by ‘Jalebi’ actress.
Speaking to Zoom TV Maneshinde said, “There is a projection from a news article published 10 years back that my fees are 10 lakhs. Why are we looking at a 10-year-old article? That way today my fees would be more. Whatever I charge my clients is nobody’s concern. If at all income tax asks me my fees, I’ll tell it to them in a particular manner. I wouldn’t want to discuss something which is so private between me and my client.”
Not only Sushant’s fans but his sister Shweta Singh Kirti had also questioned Rhea about how she is managing to pay such an expensive advocate. On a side note, a lot of people have been supporting the late actor’s family including a few stars from B-Town. However recently, celebs like Taapsee Pannu, Shibani Dandekar and Vidya Balan have sought to take a stand for Rhea Chakraborty.
