Deepika Padukone’s manager Karishma Prakash summoned again for interrogation

Karishma Prakash, Deepika Padukone’s manager, was summoned again by NCB for further questioning on 26th September. Her interrogation had originally taken place a day prior.

As the drug aspect of Bollywood came into the limelight after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, several stars have come under the radar of the Narcotics Control Bureau. Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, and Shraddha Kapoor are slated to arrive on 26th September at the NCB office for questioning. Actor Rakul Preet Singh and Deepika Padukone’s manager Karishma Prakash were already questioned a day before, on 25th September. Now, according to Etimes, Karishma Prakash reached the NCB office again on the same day as the actress. After being grilled for 5 hours on that day, she was summoned again.

The Chhappak actress is supposed to be interrogated from 10:00 AM on the day and will be confronted by Karishma Prakash there. Both of them will be asked to sit together and answer questions asked by the investigating agency. Sara Ali Khan and Shraddha Kapoor were summoned at 11 am by the NCB. They are yet to arrive.

According to a report of Aaj Tak, Deepika Padukone will have to go through 4 rounds of questioning. At a point, she and her manager Karishma Prakash will be interrogated together. Meanwhile, reports of Deepika Padukone’s husband and Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh joining his wife’s probe citing the actress’ anxiety as the reason have been refuted by the NCB.
