The first campaign under this new venture is ‘Unscripted But Real’

Ashvin Gidwani is all set to launch a new digital content arm AGP World One under his AGP World. Being one of the foremost production houses in the world, with a roster of spectacular theatre shows, high-end designer experiences and curated art events.

The first pilot venture of AGP World One is ‘Unscripted But Real’ which gives an opportunity to every individual to showcase a story which remains close to their hearts. It will provide a platform to use short films as a storytelling medium to express themselves. ‘Unscripted But Real’ is a long term initiative aimed at bringing out real feelings and unfiltered emotions that are inspired by individual’s surroundings, their work and true events that have etched an impression in their hearts. Through this campaign we intend to inspire people to share these stories with the world because we truly believe that the very best stories deserve to be told, paving the way for a new knighthood of filmmakers.


‘Unscripted But Real’ is a multi-lingual, multi-genre and a global campaign, where people from any part of the world can submit their original stories shot in any language and on any subject. The most deserving films will get a one in a lifetime opportunity, to be featured in prominent film and short film festivals around the world.

Commenting on the same, Ashvin Gidwani director of AGP World said, “We have been thinking of launching our digital arm for over a year and we thought this was the best time to launch it. AGP World One will be in line with comedy and theatre which is our core.”

Adding further he said, “Unscripted But Real’ will provide people with a creative platform to showcase their talent for the whole world to see. We surely do not encourage people to go out and shoot, we want them to be creative. It is a long term initiative and we are in conversations with stalwarts from a vast genre and a new short film will be pushed out every 2 weeks. We wanted to give something back to the community what is better than a great opportunity.”

With a presence in 22 cities in India and 15 countries globally, AGP World has given some of the biggest hits when it comes to theatre like Bharat Dabolkar’s ‘Blame it on Yashraj’, Saurabh Shukla’s ‘Barff’ and likes. AGP World has also been pioneer in stand-up comedy with ‘History of India’ and ‘Battle of Da Sexes’.
