The actress is going to complete her shooting for the movie Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani and will be off to the UK to start shooting for her upcoming film Heart Stone directed by Tom Harper. She will be acting working with Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan in this Netflix original spy thriller. She will be shooting for this film from mid-May until August. Her role Rosie in the film is an author-backed role and the film is getting ready for its global premiere in 2023.
The film Darlings, Alia’s production debut, starring Shefali Shah, Alia Bhatt, Vijay Varma, and Roshan Mathew is gearing up for its digital premiere on Netflix this year. After completion of these projects, Alia is ganging up with her girls Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra and is going on a road trip for the film Jee Le Zara. The Farhan Akhtar-directed film is going to be shot in multiple locations in India and is about discovering life on a road trip.
After returning, she will be shooting some scenes for Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani which is planning its release on Valentine’s Day next year. Then she will be joining Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Ranveer Singh for the Musical “Baiju Bawra”.
