Hathras Gangrape Case: UP Police books unknown personnel under Section 124A of the Indian Penal Code to protect Victim’s kin for further questioning

The FIR was lodged at the Chandpa Police Station in the Hathras district for unknown personnel who have made previous attempts to give the entire matter a bias of caste and creed.

A 19 year old girl was brutally Gangraped in the district of Hathras, Uttar Pradesh by 4 men who later assaulted her with a deadly weapon. Later, she succumbed to her injuries and was declared dead itself in the Hospital. The UP Government currently in the leadership of CM Yogi Adityanath has filed an FIR after submitting an affidavit in the Supreme Court relating to the probe led by CBI and SIT.

The FIR was lodged at the Chandpa Police Station in the Hathras district for unknown personnel who have made previous attempts to give the entire matter a bias of caste and creed. Since this has led to the division of the unanimous population of UP, the UP Government booked them under charges of promoting enmity between groups, and disrupting the status quo of the Government. The FIR also crossed them under Section 124A of the Indian Penal Code which is a legally convicting law that surpasses long life sentences and at times death penalties.

Meanwhile, the entire nation remains enraged over the heinous murder of an innocent female by vicious men who tried to discriminate on the basis of cast biases and promoted disturbance in the State.

Therefore, CM Yogi Adityanath has ensured the security of the victim’s family and some key witnesses who shall be questioned by the police further till the Supreme Court makes it decision on the transfer of the case to the CBI or SIT.
