Q2 FY2021 Results: JSW Holdings records profit of Rs 39.49 crore, 48% contraction YoY

The company reported a net profit of Rs 39.49 crore for the September quarter, a 48% contraction YoY. It had posted a profit of Rs 76.20 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year.

JSW Holdings Ltd. on Saturday announced its Q2 FY2021 results. The company reported a net profit of Rs 39.49 crore for the September quarter, a 48% contraction YoY. It had posted a profit of Rs 76.20 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year.

The O.P Jindal group subsidiary posted a total income of Rs 50.33 crore during the Q2 FY2021 period as compared to Rs 85.48 crore during the FY2020 period. In the previous quarter, it posted Rs 12.48 crore revenue.

The Mumbai based company has reported diluted Earnings per Share (EPS) of Rs 35.67 for the period. It had posted EPS of Rs 8.56 for the previous Q1 June period.

The company in its BSE regulatory filing stated, “Mr. Deepak Bhat, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer will retire from
his post as Company Secretary and also as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on December 31, 2020. Further, Mr. Sanjay Gupta, will be appointed as the Company Secretary (Key Managerial Personnel) and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from January 1, 2021.”
