MRF Ltd. has scheduled its Board meeting on November 6 to approve Q2 FY2021 results. It will also consider the declaration of interim dividend.

The Chennai based company stated in its BSE regulatory filing. “This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company will be held on Friday, 6th November, 2020 inter alia to transact the following business:

To consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020.
To consider declaration of Interim Dividend, if any.”

“We further inform that in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, the Trading Window has been closed from 1stOctober, 2020 to 8th Novem ber, 2020 (both days inclusive).”
