After Reliance Industries’ ‘slump sale’ buy-out of Future Groups’ retail brands, reports suggest that Navi Technologies Pvt. Ltd is in advanced talks to buy out Kishore Biyani’s Future Generali India Life Insurance Co. Ltd.
Navi Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is led by Flipkart’s Co-Founder Sachin Bansal.
Reports also suggest that Future Generali India Life Insurance Co. Ltd. is currently valued at ₹1,400-1,500 crore.
The persons aware of this deal said, “The deal has reached a formal proposal stage and will be announced soon as both parties are keenly interested in the transaction.”
