Apple’s fourth-generation iPhone SE may look as iPhone XR clone

The iPhone SE 4 is anticipated to have a 6.1-inch display, Face ID, a 12-megapixel rear camera, and IP67 water and dust resistance.

Apple may be preparing to launch the iPhone 14 series soon. However, rumours about the fourth-generation iPhone SE have begun to circulate on the internet. According to Apple Insider, the fourth generation iPhone SE will have a similar design to the iPhone XR. For those who are unaware, the iPhone XR was released in 2018. According to the report, the prediction made by leaker Jon Prosser is most likely just a reasonable extrapolation of Apple’s previous designs for the iPhone SE.

It is well known that Apple slightly modifies the hardware from previous models to produce the less expensive iPhone SE model. For example, the original Apple iPhone SE (debuted in 2016) was inspired by the 2013 Apple iPhone 5S. Likewise, the iPhone SE 2022 model was based on the iPhone 8.

“The iPhone SE 4, which is expected to launch next year, will essentially be a rebranded iPhone XR. Expect a 6.1-inch display with Face ID, a 12MP rear camera, and IP67 water and dust resistance “Apple Track tweeted.

Earlier this year, the tech giant released the third generation iPhone SE with 5G network support in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB models in midnight, starlight, and (PRODUCT)RED, starting at $43,900 in March.

It has a 4.7-inch Retina HD display with a 750×1334 pixel resolution, 326ppi pixel density, and up to 625 nits of peak brightness.
