Yes Bank has announced the receipt of a total of ₹210 crore from two trusts as part of its Security Receipts Portfolio. The funds, amounting to ₹110 crore and ₹100 crore respectively, were received following the sale of a Non-Performing Asset (NPA) portfolio to J. C. Flower Asset Reconstruction Private Limited (JC Flower ARC) on December 17, 2022.
The bank disclosed that the funds received from each trust individually exceed the underlying carrying value of the trust, surpassing the materiality threshold as prescribed under the amended Listing Regulations. This necessitated the disclosure under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The transaction details and further information are available on the websites of BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, as well as on Yes Bank‘s official website.
