Veranda Learning Solutions has announced a significant restructuring within its subsidiaries aimed at enhancing operational efficiencies and growth in its Government Test Preparation segment.
Veranda Administrative Learning Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary, has transferred its entire shareholding in Neyyar Academy and Neyyar Education, both step-down wholly-owned subsidiaries, to Veranda Race Learning Solutions. This transfer was completed on 11 March 2026. Additionally, the board has approved the merger of Veranda IAS Learning Solutions and Neyyar Academy with Veranda Race Learning Solutions.
The restructuring is part of Veranda Learning’s strategic initiative to rationalise and consolidate its group structure, thereby simplifying operations and focusing on segment growth. The transferor companies, Veranda IAS and Neyyar Academy, reported revenues of ₹293.47 lakhs and ₹135.89 lakhs, respectively, for the nine months ending 31 December 2025. The transferee company, Veranda Race Learning Solutions, reported a revenue of ₹7,483.23 lakhs for the same period.
