Titagarh Rail Systems has received a significant order from JSW Port Logistics Private Limited for the manufacture and supply of 720 wagons. The order, valued at ₹226.35 crore, was confirmed through a Letter of Intent dated 27 March 2026.
The contract specifies that Titagarh will produce and deliver the wagons according to mutually agreed technical specifications. The execution of the order is expected to be completed within six months from the effective date or commencement of work, pending a final agreement or purchase order.
JSW Port Logistics, a domestic entity, awarded the contract without any involvement from Titagarh’s promoter group or related parties, ensuring that the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
