Sri Lotus Developers and Realty has established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Sri Lotus Elegancia Realty Private Limited, with an authorised capital of ₹10 lakh. The new entity, incorporated on 12 March 2026, aims to expand the company’s footprint in the real estate sector.
The newly formed subsidiary will focus on the development and redevelopment of residential and commercial projects. As a newly incorporated entity, Sri Lotus Elegancia Realty Private Limited has yet to commence business operations and currently reports no turnover. The acquisition does not fall within related party transactions, and the promoter group holds no interest in the transaction beyond the initial subscription.
The subsidiary’s capital comprises 1,00,000 equity shares, each with a face value of ₹10, acquired through cash consideration. Sri Lotus Developers maintains 100% ownership of the new entity.
