Som Distilleries & Breweries Limited has announced that its licence suspension remains unresolved, as previously communicated in a press release dated 5th February 2026. Despite efforts to address the situation, no change in status has occurred.

The company faced a setback when the Single Bench of the Hon’ble did not favourably consider its petition for licence validation on 23rd March 2026. In response, approached the Double Bench of the same court the following day, 24th March 2026. The court granted partial relief by allowing an associate company to participate in the country liquor tender process. However, the final order is still pending.

Som Distilleries & Breweries remains committed to keeping its shareholders and stakeholders informed of any material developments. The company assures that any significant updates will be communicated promptly through appropriate channels, adhering to regulatory requirements.
