Sapphire Foods’ net profit plummets 72.7% in December quarter

Sapphire Foods reported a net profit of Rs 9 crore for the December quarter of FY24, marking a steep decline of 72.7% from Rs 33 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year.

According to a regulatory filing, the total revenue of the KFC and Pizza Hut operator stood at Rs 665.5 crore, reflecting an increase of 11.6% from Rs 596.1 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

As of 1:50 pm, the company’s shares were trading at ₹1,394.55.
