Saksoft declares dividend of Rs 2.50 per equity share

Saksoft ltd. has declared interim dividend of Rs 2.50 per equity share for the Q2 FY2021 period.

The IT company stated in its BSE regulatory filing. “Declared payment of Interim Dividend @ Rs. 2.50/- per share (25%) on equity share of Rs. 10/- eachfor the financial year 2020-21. To ascertain the eligibility of shareholders of the Company entitled forthe payment of interim dividend the record date is fixed as 18th November, 2020. The Interim Dividend on equity shares as declared by the Company will be paid within thirty days from the date
of declaration.”
