RVNL and M/s United Construction Ltd., Israel, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on projects in the fields of railways, MRTS, tunnels, roads (highways and expressways), bridges, building works, airports, ports, irrigation, power transmission and distribution, solar and wind in Israel on July 19, 2024.
The company said in an exchange filing, “In terms of Regulation 30 read with part B of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, RVNL has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with M/s United Construction Limited, Israel to co-operate with each other to get projects in the field of Railways, MRTS, Tunnels, Roads (Highways & Expressways), Bridges, Building Works, Airports, Ports, Irrigation, Power Transmission and Distribution Sector, Solar Sector, Wind Sector in Israel.”
Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd. shares rose on Friday, bucking the market’s overall dip. The stock has also ended its four-day losing run.
As of 1:29 pm, RVNL shares were trading 5.53% higher at ₹618.55.
