Relience Jio partners with Facebook and Google, KKR and Qualcommn joins the league

Recently at the 43rd Annual General Meet held by Reliance Industries, MD and Chairman of the company,  Mukesh Ambani announced that Google is all set for the partnership with its sub venture Reliance Jio. Reliance Jio has been collaborating with giant firms of the technology since the last couple of months and has finalized a total of 13 partnership deals with Facebook, Google, Qualcomm and others. Here are the details of the investments and the stakes of the partners:

1. Facebook invests Rs. 43,574 crore for 9.99% stake.

2. Goggle investment worths Rs. 33,737 crore for 7.73% stake.

3. KKR invests Rs. 11,367 crore for 2.32% stake.

4. Vista Equity Partners invests Rs. 11,367 crore for 2.32% stake.

5. Saudi Arab PIF investment worths Rs. 11,367 crore for 2.32% stake.

6. Silver Lake invests Rs. 10,202.55 crore for 2.08% stake.

7. Mubadala invests Rs. 9,093.60 crore for 1.85% stake.

8. General Atlantic investment worths Rs. 6,598.38 crore for 1.34% stake.

9. Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) invests Rs. 5,683.50 crore for 1.16% stake.

10. TPG invests Rs. 4,546.80 crore for 0.93% stake.

11. L Catterton invests Rs. 1,894.50 crore for 0.39% stake.

12. Intel Capital investment worths Rs. 1,894.50 crore for 0.39% stake.

13. Qualcomm investment worths Rs. 730 crore for 0.15% stake.
