Omaxe, a prominent real estate developer, has secured RERA registration certificates for two of its wholly owned subsidiaries’ projects, both set to launch on 23 March 2026. The projects, named Integrated Residential Township Phase 6B and METRO CITY P-8B, are located in Punjab and Uttar Pradesh, respectively.
The Integrated Residential Township Phase 6B, developed by Omaxe New Chandigarh Developers Private Limited, is situated in SAS Nagar, Punjab. It has been granted the RERA registration number PBRERA-SAS80-PR1355-032026. Meanwhile, METRO CITY P-8B, developed by Omaxe Garv Buildtech Private Limited, is located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and holds the registration number UPRERAPRJ582769/03/2026.
Both projects are categorised as residential plots and are designed to cater to both domestic and international markets. The RERA registration certifies compliance with regulatory standards, enhancing the projects’ credibility and ensuring timely delivery. This approval allows the subsidiaries to sell, transfer, or advertise their respective projects, thereby strengthening Omaxe’s brand value and positively impacting its consolidated financial performance.
The RERA registration for Integrated Residential Township Phase 6B is valid until 1 December 2030, while the registration for METRO CITY P-8B is valid until 9 October 2027, unless extended by the respective authorities.
