Omaxe has secured RERA registration certificates for two of its projects, enhancing its credibility and ensuring compliance with regulations.
The projects, Omaxe World Mall and The Retreat, are set to launch on 17 March 2026. Omaxe World Mall, located in Faridabad, Haryana, is a commercial colony with mixed land use, while The Retreat in Amritsar, Punjab, is a commercial built-up project. Both projects cater to domestic and international markets.
The Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority granted the registration for Omaxe World Mall, while the Punjab Real Estate Regulatory Authority approved The Retreat. The registrations are valid until November 2030 and December 2031, respectively, unless extended by the authorities.
These approvals certify compliance with regulations, enhance Omaxe’s credibility, and ensure timely project delivery. They also allow the company to sell, transfer, or advertise the projects, strengthening brand value and positively impacting the company’s consolidated financial performance.
