Wipro Limited has announced a multi-year contract with TruStage to drive business and technology modernisation for TruStage’s retirement services operations.
Under the agreement, Wipro will help transform TruStage’s core retirement services platform by upgrading its technology stack and operational processes. The initiative is aimed at delivering seamless digital experiences, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing business agility for TruStage’s retirement services division.
TruStage, headquartered in Madison, provides insurance and financial services solutions and is looking to strengthen its retirement services capabilities through digital transformation and innovation.
The engagement will be led by Wipro’s consulting team, which will work closely with TruStage to develop a long-term strategic innovation roadmap. The roadmap is designed to help TruStage build a future-ready retirement services business while improving customer satisfaction and accelerating product innovation.
Wipro will leverage Wipro Intelligence™, its AI-powered platform suite that integrates advanced analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence solutions. Through this framework, the company will deliver a comprehensive transformation program covering business process services, IT services, and technology infrastructure management.
As part of the project, Wipro will also establish an integrated global operating model to manage TruStage’s broader vendor ecosystem. This approach aims to streamline operations and ensure consistent service delivery across multiple partners and platforms.
Additionally, Designit, Wipro’s experience innovation arm, will collaborate with the consulting team to reimagine TruStage’s technology architecture and customer delivery model. The focus will be on enabling new customer engagement capabilities and developing differentiated retirement solutions.
The partnership reflects the growing demand for AI-driven digital transformation in the financial services sector, particularly in retirement and wealth management services where customer expectations and regulatory requirements continue to evolve.
