WeWork India Management announced that it has crossed 1 lakh members across India, marking a key milestone in its growth journey and reinforcing its leadership in the flexible workspace segment, according to a media release filed with stock exchanges .

The company reported that its total membership base grew 33.6% year-on-year between December 2024 and December 2025, driven largely by rising adoption from enterprises and Global Capability Centres (GCCs). As of December 2025, WeWork India operates 68 centres across eight cities, catering to organisations ranging from startups to large multi-city enterprises.

Enterprise clients now contribute over 76% of WeWork India’s monthly revenue, underlining the shift of flexible workspaces from an alternative real estate option to a core business infrastructure choice. GCCs accounted for 38% of total revenue, up from 28% a year ago, emerging as a significant growth driver.

Regionally, South India remained a key growth engine, with Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai each contributing around 25% to overall member growth over the past year. Bengaluru leads with 80.5% enterprise occupancy and 48% GCC contribution, supported by strong technology demand. Hyderabad has emerged as the most GCC-intensive market at 52.4%, while Mumbai continues to be enterprise-led with 69.8% enterprise contribution. In NCR, Gurugram has become a hub for professional services, while Noida is evolving into a technology-focused GCC cluster.

Commenting on the milestone, Karan Virwani, Managing Director and CEO of WeWork India, said that enterprises are no longer experimenting with flexible workspaces but are adopting them as a strategic advantage, reflecting a structural shift in how organisations approach workspace planning .
