Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited (WAAREERTL), a subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, announced that it has received a Letter of Award (LOA) for executing the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) work of a Ground Mount Solar Power Project with a total capacity of 150 MWac / 217.5 MWp.
According to the company’s exchange filing, the order — worth approximately Rs 156.66 crore (excluding taxes) — was awarded by a leading domestic renewable energy company. The project is expected to be completed during the financial year 2026–27 as per the terms of the agreement.
The order adds to Waaree’s growing portfolio of large-scale EPC contracts in India, reinforcing its leadership position in the country’s renewable energy sector. The company confirmed that this is a commercial order, and neither the promoter group nor any related parties hold an interest in the awarding entity.
The official communication, signed by Heema Shah, Company Secretary of Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited, was received on October 15, 2025, at 12:13 p.m. (IST).
With this win, Waaree Renewable Technologies continues to expand its footprint in India’s clean energy landscape, aligning with the government’s target of achieving 500 GW of renewable energy capacity by 2030.
