Waaree Renewable signs MoU for 100 MW solar project with Vietnam-based firm

Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited (WRTL) announced on Monday that it has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Viet Khanh Joint Stock Company for executing a 100 MWp ground-mount solar power project on a turnkey basis.

According to the exchange filing, the MoU was signed on June 20, 2025, and falls under the category of international contracts. While the order value and execution timeline are yet to be finalized, both parties have agreed to mutually decide on these aspects during the definitive agreement stage.

WRTL clarified that the promoter or group companies have no stake in the awarding entity and the order does not fall under related party transactions.

This marks a significant step in Waaree’s international expansion strategy and reinforces its presence in the global renewable EPC space.
