Tera Software Limited has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2024, reporting strong growth in net profit and revenue.
Key Financial Highlights (Standalone – Q3 FY25)
- Revenue: ₹24.97 crore (+20.4% YoY) from ₹20.73 crore in Q3 FY24.
- EBITDA: ₹2.81 crore, up from ₹2.17 crore in the previous year.
- Net Profit: ₹2.13 crore (+79% YoY) from ₹1.25 crore.
- Earnings Per Share (EPS): ₹1.71, compared to ₹1.00 in Q3 FY24.
For the nine-month period ending 31st December 2024, Tera Software reported a 32.5% YoY growth in net profit to ₹6.95 crore, with revenue reaching ₹73.69 crore, a 15.7% YoY increase.

- Integrated Solutions Division: Revenue at ₹12.74 crore, up from ₹11.14 crore last year.
- Technical Division: Revenue at ₹11.15 crore, up from ₹8.07 crore in Q3 FY24.
- Projects Division: Revenue at ₹17.27 crore, a notable rise from ₹15.32 crore.
