The Board of Directors of both companies approved the merger on September 13, 2024. The merger is still subject to necessary regulatory approvals in the country where the companies are incorporated.
Tech Mahindra believes that this step will streamline operations and improve overall efficiency. The company also mentioned that this decision aligns with their long-term strategy for growth in the Americas.
