Tata Consultancy Services has announced a strategic partnership with Vianai Systems, a provider of enterprise-grade generative AI (GenAI) applications. The collaboration aims to deliver advanced AI-powered decision intelligence tools to global enterprises.

As part of the partnership, TCS customers will gain access to Vianai’s hila Platform—a solution designed for C-suite executives to interact with enterprise data using natural language queries. The platform provides real-time insights by combining generative AI with advanced analytics, enabling business leaders in finance, supply chain, and sales to make data-driven decisions without needing deep technical expertise.

TCS will offer industry-specific customizations of the hila Platform, particularly for financial institutions and other key sectors. These customizations will include integration with existing enterprise systems, post-deployment support, and tailored AI services. TCS will also deploy hila’s conversational AI features across core business verticals such as customer relationship management (CRM), sales, and supply chain for a range of industries.

This partnership aligns with TCS’ approach to integrating AI technologies into enterprise operations. TCS brings its expertise in AI integration, management services, and domain knowledge to support the deployment and scaling of GenAI platforms. The hila Platform enhances the ability of C-suite leaders, including CFOs and CIOs, to interact with business data through an intuitive, context-aware AI assistant that delivers immediate, relevant insights.

TCS continues to invest in building AI capabilities within enterprises. Its AI service portfolio includes consulting, solution design, prototyping, training and fine-tuning of large language models, guardrail agent design, project implementation, and ongoing support. Additionally, TCS promotes ethical AI adoption through its Responsible AI Framework, ensuring safe and compliant deployment of AI technologies.

To support enterprise readiness, TCS is also involved in workforce development by promoting AI literacy and offering insights through initiatives such as the TCS AI for Business Study, which explores trends and strategies in AI adoption.
