In a disclosure made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company stated that it continues to implement all necessary measures to address the situation and restore normal functioning.

This communication follows Tata Power’s earlier intimation dated October 17, 2025, wherein the company first announced the temporary shutdown of the Mundra facility. In its latest filing, the company has indicated that operations are expected to resume in due course, with a tentative timeline set for December 31, 2025.

Tata Power noted that the restoration process is ongoing and progressing as planned. While specific operational details have not been disclosed, the company has reiterated its commitment to ensuring safe and efficient resumption of activities at the site.
