The scope of the partnership includes developing a unified technology stack comprising a proprietary operating system, electronic architecture, and automotive cloud platform to power next-gen in-vehicle connectivity and upgradable software features across multiple product lines.

Tata Elxsi was chosen for its deep domain expertise in electrification, infotainment, body & chassis, and cybersecurity, along with its proven capabilities in delivering large-scale global engineering programs for major OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. Manoj Raghavan, CEO & MD of Tata Elxsi, said, “This engagement is a strategic step forward in our ambition to lead in platform-centric, software-led mobility. We are proud to be a long-term engineering partner for our client’s SDV journey, offering innovation, scale, and delivery excellence.”

This deal cements Tata Elxsi’s growing influence in the global automotive software engineering space, as OEMs accelerate their transition towards electric, autonomous, and connected vehicles.
