Tanfac Industries Ltd. has announced the signing of a major supply contract worth Rs 336 crore with Krishna Organics, Vadodara, according to its exchange filing dated November 28. The deal covers the long-term supply of High Purity Diluted Hydrofluoric Acid, a key chemical used across multiple industrial applications.
The contract has been signed in the normal course of business and will be executed over 3.5 years, spanning up to FY 2028–29. Tanfac confirmed that the order is fully domestic, comes with mutually agreed specifications, and does not fall under related-party transactions.
The company stated that promoters have no interest in the awarding entity, and the agreement strictly follows SEBI’s disclosure norms.
