Sirca Paints India Q3 FY25 Results: Revenue surges 22.4% YoY to Rs 88.71 crore, Net profit up 9% YoY 

Sirca Paints India Limited has reported its financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2024, showcasing strong growth in revenue and profitability. Revenue from operations surged by 22.4% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 88.71 crore, compared to Rs 72.49 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. The company’s total income, including other income of Rs 1.90 crore, stood at Rs 90.61 crore, up from Rs 74.12 crore in Q3 FY24.

The company’s net profit after tax saw a 9% YoY increase, reaching Rs 11.45 crore, compared to Rs 10.51 crore in the same period last year. The improvement in bottom-line performance was driven by strong revenue growth and efficient cost management despite a challenging cost environment.

The expenses for the quarter were reported at Rs 75.08 crore, up from Rs 60.29 crore in Q3 FY24. The cost of materials consumed amounted to Rs 24.71 crore, and purchases of stock-in-trade stood at Rs 27.90 crore, reflecting an increase in production and sales activities. Employee benefit expenses grew to Rs 11.61 crore, compared to Rs 8.87 crore a year ago, driven by the company’s expanding operations. Depreciation and amortization expenses were Rs 1.80 crore for the quarter.

Profit before tax for the quarter was Rs 15.53 crore, up from Rs 13.83 crore YoY. The tax expense stood at Rs 4.08 crore, contributing to the net profit growth during the quarter.
