
Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited reported a net profit of ₹220.15 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, compared to ₹219.94 crore in Q4 FY24, indicating a stable year-on-year performance.
The company’s revenue from operations stood at ₹4,139.36 crore, marking a 15% increase from ₹3,606.20 crore in the same quarter last year. Total income for the quarter was reported at ₹4,193.60 crore.
Total expenses rose to ₹3,624.19 crore, up from ₹3,164.51 crore a year ago, driven largely by higher raw material costs and employee benefits.
EBITDA (Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation) for the quarter came in at ₹569.41 crore, up from ₹492.73 crore YoY.
On an annual basis (FY25), the company posted a net profit of ₹909.26 crore, down from ₹1,029 crore in FY24. Revenue for the year increased to ₹15,137.50 crore, compared to ₹13,195.22 crore in the previous fiscal.
