By combining the expertise of SPIN Engenharia in automation and smart grid technologies with Sharika Enterprises’ deep understanding of India’s energy distribution needs, the partnership will create tailored solutions to modernize India’s grid infrastructure.

🔹 Smart Substation SCADA & ADMS Solutions – The JV will develop advanced automation solutions customized for India’s unique power distribution challenges.
