Rustomjee’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Keybloom Realty Private Limited, has successfully entered into a Sale Deed agreement on February 17, 2025, for the acquisition of land spanning approximately 13,473 square meters situated at Pardi, Nagpur. This strategic land acquisition involves a cash consideration of ₹20 crore, marking a significant move into the high-growth geography of Nagpur.
The acquisition provides Keybloom with a unique opportunity to tap into Nagpur’s expanding infrastructure growth with limited investment. The company’s foray into this rapidly developing region is aimed at future development projects, reinforcing its portfolio for long-term growth.
The deal was made with individual sellers, Mrs. Sangita Talmale, Mr. Bhavesh Talmale, and Mr. Aayush Talmale, and there were no related party transactions involved. The company is in the process of taking physical possession of the land as part of its next steps in the acquisition.
