
Rudra Gas Enterprise Limited, in collaboration with Nishaank Solar Energy and Suppliers, has won a significant contract from Rajasthan Renewable Energy Corporation Limited (RRECL), a Government of India undertaking. This ambitious project, valued at ₹191.76 crore, focuses on the design, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of rooftop solar photovoltaic power systems on state government buildings in Rajasthan’s Churu and Bikaner districts.
The partnership between Rudra Gas Enterprise, holding a 51% stake, and Nishaank Solar, holding 49%, aims to enhance renewable energy infrastructure in the region. Beyond the initial installation, the consortium will also manage comprehensive operation and maintenance services for a 25-year period following the commissioning of the solar systems. This extensive duration underscores a commitment to sustainable energy solutions and long-term support for the project.
The contract is part of Rajasthan’s broader initiative to promote clean energy and reduce carbon emissions across public facilities.
