The Commissioner (Appeal) Vadodara-I, Vadodara CBIC ruled in favor of the company on February 19, 2025, setting aside the previous order.
The company had initially informed the stock exchanges about the GST Order dated July 16, 2024, in which the subsidiary had faced tax-related scrutiny. Following this, Unitop Chemicals Private Limited filed an appeal, which has now resulted in a favorable verdict.
This decision provides regulatory relief to Rossari Biotech, eliminating financial liabilities arising from the earlier GST Order. The company confirmed that it received the appeal order on February 19, 2025, and has officially recorded the development.
