Rane Holdings has announced that it has acquired the remaining 51% equity stake in its joint venture, Rane NSK Steering Systems Private Limited (RNSS), from NSK Ltd., Japan. With this acquisition, RNSS has now become a wholly-owned subsidiary (100%) of Rane Holdings.
Following this acquisition, RNSS will be renamed Rane Steering Systems Private Limited. This step is in line with the company’s ongoing strategy to consolidate its steering systems business under full control.
The company has previously provided the necessary details regarding this acquisition in compliance with SEBI regulations.
