Ramky Infrastructure Limited has secured a significant project valued at ₹3,000 crore for the development of a High-Tech Pharmaceutical Park in Maharashtra. The project, awarded by the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) to Maha Integrated Life Sciences City Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ramky Infrastructure, involves the development, operation, maintenance, and management of the park located in the Dighi Port Industrial Area, Raigad District.
The concession agreement for this project spans 95 years, including a five-year construction period. The park will cover an area of 1,000 hectares and will feature industrial and commercial zones, common amenities, utilities, open spaces, and roads. This initiative is expected to cater to the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors by providing sustainable infrastructure solutions.
Revenue from the project will be generated through land lease premiums, development charges, and income from maintenance and utility operations. This venture positions Ramky Infrastructure as a key player in the infrastructure development sector for life sciences and pharmaceuticals in India.
