Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited has announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with South Korea-based Green Optics Co., Ltd. to collaborate in the development and manufacturing of optics and optical systems for defence and space applications.
Green Optics Co., Ltd. is engaged in the design and manufacturing of optics and optical systems used across space, defence, and other advanced technology applications. Through this agreement, the two companies intend to establish a framework for joint development, manufacturing, and business development in their respective regions.
The collaboration is expected to focus on developing advanced optics and optical systems used in space missions, defence platforms, and related high-precision applications. The partnership will also explore opportunities to expand business presence across different markets by leveraging the technical expertise and manufacturing capabilities of both companies.
Paras Defence stated that the MoU aims to create a structured framework that will allow the companies to work together on technology development as well as manufacturing initiatives related to optics and optical systems for defence and space sectors.
