Ltd. and minority investments in Athena IT & Telecom Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and AIT Internet Services Pvt. Ltd., marking a significant expansion of its footprint across South India. The total value of the deal stands at ₹7.71 crore.
Key acquisition details
The company has acquired 100% stake in Red Hut Innovation, a Bengaluru-based managed service provider (MSP) and SD-WAN-as-a-Service firm, for ₹5.75 crore. It also picked up 46% equity stakes each in Athena IT & Telecom Solutions and AIT Internet Services. These strategic moves align with Orient Technologies’ goal of becoming a fully integrated digital infrastructure company offering seamless solutions in cloud, connectivity, and cybersecurity.
